Summary of our Terms and Condition
Before shipping with Trical Couriers Services Ltd, it is very important that you understand the terms under which you’re agreeing to abide by when accepting our Terms and Conditions. From the type of products, you can and can’t ship with us, to the level of compensation you will receive if your parcel is damaged or lost.

Scope of Services – Trical Courier Services agrees to provide transportation services for the customer’s goods in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement. Our company reserves the right to refuse service or transport of goods at its discretion.

Delivery Schedule – We will provide a delivery schedule, but this is only an estimate and subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. Our company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay in delivery.

Packaging of Goods – The customer is responsible for packaging the goods securely to ensure safe transportation. We shall not be liable for any damage to the goods resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.

Fees and Payment – The customer must pay the agreed fees in full before the company commences transportation of the goods. The company reserves the right to suspend transportation until payment is received in full.

Liability and Insurance – Trical Couriers Services is not liable for any loss or damage to the goods during transportation, except where such loss or damage was caused by the negligence of the company or its employees. The customer is advised to obtain insurance for the goods during transportation.

Indemnification – The customer must indemnify our company for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the company as a result of the customer’s breach of the agreement or failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Termination – Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Our company is entitled to payment for any services performed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction – The agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is located. Any disputes arising from the agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement – This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. No modification of the agreement is effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
